Ritisha Niveda of Coimbatore competed in the United Nations Pageant 2018, which was held in Kingston, Jamaica, for the title Mrs. South Asia UN and was declared the winner. She also won the Mrs. UN Ambassador title. Ritisha wrote in her official instagram page “A moment of great pride and emotion! Carrying the crown and the responsibility to carry on the legacy!

Thank you all for your wonderful support.” The pageant was held to glorify the truly beautiful women around the world who involve themselves in benevolent and charitable activities. Over 120 participants from various countries competed for the event. She returned to her home town Coimbatore on Tuesday and was given a warm welcome.
Mrs.Ritisha is a 31 year old activist and business women who is committed to empower women, enhance entrepreneurship and encourage skill development in the nation. She runs the non-profit organization for women empowerment – Nila, and is also the founder of Yellow Door, an interior designing company.
