The City is gearing up to celebrate the 14th edition of Coimbatore Vizha. The Vizha includes various concepts like music, art, entrepreneurship, sports, agriculture and events also for the differently-abled starting from Jan 2, 2022.
A part of this mega-event is the Coimbatore Vizha Marathon & Cyclothon. While the Marathon is held in both Physical and Virtual mode, Cyclothon will be held in virtual mode.
A press release from the organizers said the Physical and Virtual Marathon will be held on 2nd Jan. The physical marathon features 5k, 10k and 21k limited to the first 500 registrants only. Full-fledged services of food, medals, certificates, refreshments and first aid will be provided.
The virtual event will be between 2nd Jan and 8th Jan, within which you can choose your date, start time, route, distance and run/walk from wherever you are and complete your race! The Coimbatore Vizha Cyclothon event spans out to be a virtual ride and riders can choose to ride within the specified 16 Iconic locations of the city over the course of the week between Jan 2nd to Jan 9th 2022.
