The 2018 Auto Expo saw a list of SUVs being launched by Tata, Hyundai, Mahindra, Audi, and Volvoby the end of this year. The top showcases at the Expo were Hyundai Creta, Tata H5X, Volvo XC 40, Nissan and Jeep Renegade. Prices of Tata vehicles which have always been on the higher side saw the price of its new SUV fixed at INR 15-20 Lacs.
Jeep Renegade was an eye catcher following the success of Compass. With modern age youth having the old time Jeep in their DNA, this segment is expected to see further growth.
