SKAL Club Coimbatore, a member of SKAL International – an affiliated member of UN World Tourism Organization, launched The Young Skal Coimbatore Club recently with 42 members from Hotel Management, Tourism & Travel Management pursuing students and Junior Executive level employees from Hotel Industry.
The New Club consists of 42 Young minds from 5 Educational Institutions namely Hindusthan College of Arts & Science, Avinashilingam University, PSG Arts College, CMS College and AJK College. With these numbers, Young Skal Coimbatore Club has become the largest Young Skal Club in India and the Second Largest Young Skal Club in Asia.
The budding young Hospitality and Travel Professionals will get a great platform to interact with the hoteliers, tourism and travel professionals and gain the latest trends in the industry through the sessions from the parent club.
Premkanna, Professor and Head, Department of Catering & Hotel Management, Hindusthan College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore (HICAS) was deputed as Director, Young Skal Coimbatore.
