The total number of corona positive cases in Coimbatore on Saturday remained the same as yesterday at 141. 14 patients at ESI Medical College Hospital recovered and got discharged.
Chennai registered 43 positive cases. The total cases now stand at 495. At the sametime the number of patients recovered in the State’s capital is 94.
So far total Corona cases in Tamil Nadu is 1821. 66 news cases were registered in the State. 38 of them are men and 28 are women. Total recovered cases stand at 960.
With 495 corona patients, Chennai has the highest threat in the State. It is followed by Coimbatore with 141 cases and Tirupur with 110 cases .
India has 24,942 cases till date. Of this number, 18,953 are active cases, 5210 are recovered and discharged while 779 is the death count.
