Rotary Uptown donates 3 Ventilators to Government Hospital 

Rotary Club of Coimbatore Uptown donated 3 ventilators worth Rs.22.5 lakhs to Coimbatore Medical College Hospital (CMCH) on Wednesday.

As the novel coronavirus’ infection becomes severe, breathing difficulties tend to occur, especially among the elderly. Ventilators have become essential in saving such patients with serious Corona impact. But these devices are quite expensive too.

The members of the club have come forward to donate it for the benefit of poor and needy patients who get treated in Government Hospital.

They met S.P.Velumani, Minister for Municipal Administration and Rural Development, Govt of Tamil Nadu and handed over the devices to be used in aiding serious patients.
