IndianOil delivers Indane LPG Domestic Cylinders to the kitchens of the customers through its distributors. The cash memo to be signed by the customer on delivery of the cylinder has the Retail Selling Price (RSP), which is inclusive of the charges for delivering the cylinders to the kitchen.
On booking the cylinder through IVRS, the customer would be sent a SMS on his/her registered mobile number with the link for paying online, for instance; http://payit.cc/L1xxxxxx, which will be open for a day. By clicking the online address, customers can pay the amount as in the cash memo through multiple online payment options available (net banking, credit card, debit cards, e-wallets, etc). With this mode, the customers need not pay anything during the refill delivery.
If a customer has not used the above option, he/she can insist on making Digital Payment at the time of delivery by using the mPOS Machine, which is carried by the delivery staff through Credit/Debit cards, e-wallets, BHIM, UPI, Google Pay, PayTM, etc.
On receipt of the cylinder, a SMS is sent to the customers confirming the delivery along with the following link https://cx.indianoil.in/webcenter/portal/LPG/xxxx. Please spare some time to click on the link and provide feedback on whether the Cylinder seal was found intact, Cylinder weight was demonstrated, Cylinder was checked for leakage, Refill price was charged as per cash memo and the overall experience (star rating) and submit. This would help IndianOil to enhance the quality of service to the customers.
