The second day PSG Kadambari 2020 (4.1.2020) was a sensational evening in which the upcoming Carnatic singers – the Children of PSG Schools staged their Carnatic Music Performance ‘Kuzhalinidhu Yazhinidhu’ and the The Star of the evening Kalaimamani Rajhesh Vaidhya opened the gates of heaven with his melodies.
He performed classical Keerthanas in the beginning which took the audience to divine heights. The song Sri Ranganatharin Padham Vandhanam Seiyadi pulled everyone together to relish the feast Mr.Vaidhya has prepared
Mirudangam player Mohanaram, Kadam Player Saigiri and Tabla player Saigiri coordinated with Mr.Vaidhya to a level so precise and endearing, that their medley mesmerized everyone in the PSG IMSR Auditorium, Elders and Youth alike. Mr.Vaidhya was very interactive throughout the evening. He performed songs on audience’s request. The songs kept on coming from 80s to the 2000s.
The crowd asked for Kannae Kalaimanae and Mr.Vaidhya gifted them a sumptous music feast with his veena and won their hearts.
He made the crowd hum to his tunes of ‘Thendral Vandhu Theendum Bothu’, Sundari Kannal Oru Seidhi , and nearly 1000 audience sang Uyire Uyire Vandhu Enodu Kalandhuvidu.
At the final moments of the event, he announced that there could be Concert in Covai soon to which Dr.J.S.Bhuvaneshwaran, Director, PSG Super Speciality Hospitals said “we should do that and we are going make that happen”
