focuses on Research & Product Development for Health Sector
Rathinam College of Arts and Science and Westchester Knowledge Works, Bengaluru recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the objective of collaborating in research and product development for healthcare sector.
The major focus of the research and development will be in the areas of non-communicable diseases like Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), Cardio vascular disease, cancer etc. Research could involve cancers like Cervical Cancer, Breast Cancer and other Women’s health conditions.
The MoU was signed by Alagan Sathianathan, Executive Director, Rathinam Institutions and Dr.Payal Keswarup, Medical Director, Westchester Knowledge work and exchanged at Westchester Knowledge Works, Bengaluru by Dr.S.R Madhan Shankar, Dean, Academics and Research, Rathinam College of Arts & Science.
The Principal Investigators of the Project work will be Dr.S R Madhan Shankar, and Dr.Payal Keswarup. Through the MoU, joint conferences will also be organized to benefit the stake holders.
