Rotary Club of Coimbatore Greencity installed Rtn.V.Raja Mahendran as its 12th President for the Rotary year 2019-20. The installation took place in Hotel Gokulam Park. The chief guest for the function was Rotary International District Governor for District 2982 Rtn. Dr. A.K.Natesan.
Outgoing president V.S.Suresh Kumar administered the oath and it was taken by Rtn.V.Raja Mahendran. After taking the helm of president, he introduced his team of office bearers of the club.
Special guest Vijay TV game show ‘Solaarasi’ star Satya gave a mind blogging entertaining speech. 16 new members were inducted in to the club by Assistant Governor Rtn. P.R. Balaji. District Director Rtn. M Murugan and Governor’s Group Representative Rtn. Gandhi Prakash attended the event. Outgoing Secretary Rtn. K Gandhiraj presented the annual report for the just concluded Rotary year. Incoming Secretary Rtn. Kalyanaraman proposed the Vote of Thanks.
