Rotary Club of Coimbatore Texcity along with The Eye foundation Coimbatore inaugurated the Eye Camp in Marudamalai Devasthanam School on 1.7.2019
Madhav Aryan, CEO, Krishnakumar, GM, The Eye Foundation along with Kamal Kumar, President and Vairavan, Secretary, Rotary Club of Coimbatore Texcity inaugurated the Eye camp by inviting the higher secondary students of Marudamalai Devasthanam School for screening first.
The camp is from 1.7.2019 to 2.7.2019 and will provide free screening for 1500 students and parents.
Selvakumari, Head -Mistress of Marudamalai Devasthanam School said this camp is very much needed for the students as even the hard-working students were struggling to read and write due to their medical conditions not being identified but after this Eye camp and proper follow up which is to be provided free of cost to the students by Rotary Texcity, they can continue at ease to study without any eyesight problems.
