Bohemian Rhapsody top honors at 76th Golden Globe Awards

The 76th Golden Globe Awards was recently held in the Beverly Hilton, California. The resort was full of great talents in the Hollywood industry during the program. The Golden Globe Awards were then given to the best films, actors/actress, directors and to others in many more categories.

The awards were given to the cast and crew based on the evaluation from 93 members of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association. This year’s winners are as follows. Bohemian Rhapsody won the Best Motion Picture –Drama, Green Book won the Best Motion Picture- Musical/Comedy, Actor Rami Malik won the Best Actor in Motion Picture –Drama for Bohemian Rhapsody and Glen Close won the Best Actress in Motion Picture-Drama for the film The Wife.

Christian Bale won the Best Actor in Motion Picture- Musical/Comedy for Vice while Olivia Coleman won the Best Actress in Motion Picture – Musical/Comedy for the Film The Favorite.  Mahershala Ali won the Best Supporting Actor for Green Book while Regina King won the Best Supporting Actress for If Beale Street Could Talk.

Alfonso Cuaron won the Best Director for Roma. Spider-Man: Into the Spiderverse won the Best Animated Feature Film.
