A MoU was signed between Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore and M/s. Borougue (India) Pvt., Ltd., Mumbai on ‘Establishment of Greenhouse model’ at Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Dharmapurai, of TNAU recently.
The MoU was signed by D. Sudhagar, Registrar, TNAU and Anil Krishna, Vice President, M/s. Borougue (India) Pvt., Ltd., in the presence of N. Kumar, Vice Chancellor, TNAU, Coimbatore, H. Philip, Director of Extension Education, TNAU, Coimbatore, P.S. Shanmugam, Programme Coordinator, KVK, Dharmapuri and Rakesh Pandya of Borougue (India) Pvt., Ltd., Mumbai.
A greenhouse model for protected cultivation will be demonstrated at KVK, Dharmapuri for the benefit of farmers with high value flowers and vegetables viz., Gerbera, Chrysanthemum Capsicum and Cucumber.
