School has become a challenging place to work at and in light of this; a Confluence of School Leaders is set to be organized at Hotel Le M’eridien on the 15th of December. This is the first time such an event is being conducted by Kovai Sahodaya Schools Complex in Coimbatore and the topic of discussion will be “Challenges of School Leadership in the Changing Times”.
Addressing the press at a pre-event meet at PSG Public School were- E.Girish, President, Rajendra Prasad, Vice President, Geetha Jayachandran, Secretary, Karunambikeswari, Joint Secretary, Eileen Jethro, Member and Mirass Kareem, Treasurer, Kovai Sahodaya Schools Complex.
Speakers have sent out a pan India invitation for the event and from what we know, as of now 150 schools have registered. Eminent speakers in the likes of Harish Chaudhry, N.Ravichandran, Sangeeta Gole and G.Balasubramanian will be speaking on various topics ranging from Challenges of School Leadership in the changing times to how effective leadership can change the dynamics of a school.
The aim of the program is to further develop the leadership skills among school leaders. The registration for the event is INR 1,000/- only. Participants expected for the event include Principals, Vice Principals and Management of all schools irrespective of the boards.
