Škoda Auto India Announces 2% Price Hike

Škoda Auto India is set to implement a 2% price increase across its entire vehicle lineup starting January 1, 2024, citing escalating supply, input, and operational costs. This adjustment encompasses the Kushaq SUV, Slavia sedan, and the Kodiaq luxury 4×4. Launched in July 2021 and April 2022, the Kushaq and Slavia, both based on the MQB-A0-IN platform, now extend their reach to GCC and other right-hand drive markets. These models will spearhead Škoda Auto India’s entry into Vietnam in 2024.

Notably, both the Kushaq and Slavia have achieved a full 5-star safety rating for adult and child occupants under Global NCAP’s stringent crash test protocols, while the Kodiaq boasts a 5-star rating from Euro NCAP. Demonstrating a commitment to customer safety and satisfaction, the company has expanded its network from 120 customer touchpoints in 2021 to over 250 by the end of 2023, underscoring Škoda’s customer-centric approach as it continues to provide a range of top-tier products.
