To help fund Leukemia patients aged between 1-6 years of age Rotary Club of Coimbatore Texcity is organizing a flea market of 120+ stalls & carnival on December 1st n 2nd from 11 A.M. – 9 P.M. at Hindustan college grounds. Entry fee for the carnival is INR 50. An exclusive food court with around 20 stalls serving a variety of cuisines has also been planned for the carnival. A senior citizen corner has also been arranged who will be provided with electric vehicle services.
To encourage art and craft, artists from Rameshwaram, Pondicherry, Chennai, Kerala will be brought in. the blind and needy have been provided with stalls for free and prizes will be announced every 20 minutes to further encourage the audiences. KMCH will showcase its mobile stroke scanning machine which is the first of its kind in Asia to bring awareness among the people. Ambulances, First aid corner and wheelchairs will also been available.
A crowd of about 6000 people are expected for the carnival and Rotary Club of Coimbatore Texcity has already chosen five patients to whom they will donate the amount received.
