The NCC Army unit was inaugurated at Dr.N.G.P. Institute of Technology (NGPiTECH) under 2(TN) CTC NCC, Coimbatore. Col. Emmanuel Tamang, Commanding Officer, 2(TN) CTC NCC, Coimbatore, inaugurated the event, emphasizing the significance of NCC in students’ lives. S.U.Prabha, Principal, of NGPiTECH, delivered the welcome address, setting the tone for the ceremony. Dr Nalla G. Palaniswami, Chairman of Kovai Medical Center and Hospital (KMCH), highlighted the importance of discipline in students’ lives during his presidential address.
Muthuswamy, Director – Academics, offered felicitations. The raising ceremony witnessed the participation of distinguished guests, including Dr Thavamani D. Palaniswami, Secretary of Dr.N.G.P. Educational Institutions, and Mathura V. Palaniswami, Director – Academy for Professional Development.
Heads of departments, faculty members, and students actively took part in the event. Saravanan, Principal of Dr.N.G.P. Arts and Science College, proposed the vote of thanks.
