Training on spice powders and pickle Preparation at TNAU  

Two-days training on “Preparation of spice powders, pickles and instant foods’’ will be held at Centre for Post Harvest Technology, Agricultural Engineering College and Research Institute, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore on 25.04.2023 and 26.04.2023 between 9.30 A.M and 5.00 P.M.

Training will be given on Masala powders, Ready – to – use pastes, Banana flower pickle, Bitter gourd pickle, Brinjal pickle and Onion pickle.

Interested persons are requested to pay Rs.1,770/- in person on the first day of training.
