Indian Air Force is paying tribute to the Marshal of the Indian Air Force (Late) Arjan Singh DFC on his 104th birth anniversary on 15 Apr 2023. The sole ‘’Five Star’’ rank officer of the IAF was an epitome of dynamic personality, professional competence, leadership and strategic acumen. The foresightedness of the MIAF has contributed immensely to furthering the nation’s operational might, thereby heralding an era of a formidable Indian Air Force.
To commemorate this historic day, a series of events were conducted at this College from 08 Apr 2023 to 15 Apr 2023. A memorial lecture was conducted at this College on Sunday, a cleanliness drive was organized at the College premises on 08 Apr 2023 and a drawing and painting competition was conducted for the students of Air Force School, Coimbatore on 10 Apr 2023. These events were oriented to highlight the contribution made by the Marshal of IAF to the nation and especially to the Indian Air Force. The immense contributions of iconic personality of the nation shall always remain a source of inspiration for the generations to come.
