Pharmacy Student pays tribute to Frontline Workers

A student of Sri Ramakrishna Institutions Sri Nidhi Vidya Dharani has entered India Book of Records after she covered about 1856 kilometres in about 21 hours 51 minutes.

Sri Nidhi pursues B.Pharm at College of Pharmacy, Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Paramedical Sciences. She went on a ride with six other riders from the Madras Motorcycle Club (MMCC) and Cross Team Riders (CTR), Coimbatore covering Chennai – Hosur – Salem – Pollachi – Kovilpatti – Kanyakumari – Kovilpatti – Sriperumbudur – Vandalur, that is about 1856 kilometres.

 

The riders rode Yamaha R3. The ride started on July 27th, 2021 and was completed at Vandaloor on the same day at 22:48 PM.A press release from College of Pharmacy said that this ride was flagged off to pay tribute to the Covid frontline workers for their support and care they have provided to mankind while fighting the deadly Coronavirus.
