College of Physiotherapy, Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Paramedical Sciences (SRIPMS) held it 35th College Day Celebrations on Friday.
The inauguration took place in the presence of Chief Guest R. Sundar, Joint Managing Trustee, SNR Sons Charitable Trust and the Guests of Honor, Dr. P. Sukumaran, Medical Director / Dean, Sri Ramakrishna Hospital, Coimbatore and C.V.Ramkumar, CEO, SNR Sons Charitable Trust.
A press release mentioned that the Chief Guest had discussed with the participants about the integral part played by the Physiotherapists in the community while the Guest of Honor gave awareness on vaccination and medical sanitation along with the guidelines for proper covid management with appropriate foresight.
Also, to motivate and showcase the hidden talents of the students, there were various kinds of indoor games, art competitions and on-spot talent events.
The prizes were distributed by the Guests to the winners. Apart from this, a few cultural events also were staged. Principal, Prof. V.S.Seetharaman ensured the smooth flow of events with the support of faculty and students.
