The Department of BBA(CA) of Kongunadu Arts and Science College organized an Extension Activity on “Prime Minister Insurance and Pension Schemes” recently for the students.
The Head of the department, staff members and students explained about “Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana”, “Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana” and “Atal Pension Yojana”, what is the scope of coverage of these schemes, their enrolment period, benefits and their eligibility conditions, etc. 1340 students benefited from this program. The Secretary& Director of the college CA Vasuki appreciated the efforts taken by the Department.
