The Department of Microbiology, Shri Nehru Maha Vidyalaya College of Arts and Science has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Medvision Health Solutions, Coimbatore, a medical coding academy recognized by AAPC (American Academy of Professional Coders) and AHIMA (American Health Information Management Association)
The main objectives of the venture are the exchange of faculty and students for the purpose of joint research, lectures, training, development of mutually beneficial research program.The college said that the students will have the advantage of job-oriented training on medical coding and they will also have the exposure to learning new certified professional courses in the field.
The MoU was signed in the presence of B. Subramani, Principal, SNMV CAS and D. K. Banurekha, Chief Executive Officer and Founder, Medvision Health solution. Members of Staff belonging to both institutions were present during the MoU exchange.
