Pranab in Septic Shoock, Health condition declining – Hospital

The Army Research & Referral Hospital  said in a statement on Monday that Former Indian President Pranab Mukherjee’s health condition is on the decline since Sunday.

The statement read “There is a decline in the medical condition of Pranab Mukherjee since yesterday. He is in septic shock due to his lung infection and is being managed by team of specialists. He continues to be in deep coma and on ventilator support. ”

Pranab was admitted to the Army Hospital in Delhi on August 10, for getting operated to clear a blood clot in brain and at that time it was found at the time of admission that Pranab had Covid-19. The Former President later developed lung and kidney issues. He is being monitored by a team of experts.
