Prime Minister Narendra Modi who has spoken to the citizens of India twice during this lockdown due to Novel Coronavirus attack, has announced through his official Twitter page that he will share a small video message with fellow Indians at 9 a.m. tomorrow (3.4.2020)
There are no clues as to what he will be addressing except it is about Covid-19.
