Prof. Debashis Chatterjee, Director, IIM Kozhikode conducted workshop on Leadership 4.0 at Radisson Blu Hotel, Coimbatore for the CEOs, EXOs, Professionals, Educational Leaders, School Principals, Healthcare Professionals, Chief Administrators, etc. on July 13, 2019. The program was organized in association with CMA.
This Leadership 4.0 Workshop is about surviving and thriving in volatile, uncertain and non-linear world. The workshop was attended by over 150 participants from various organizations in and around Coimbatore, Palghat, Tiruppur, Erode, etc.
The four themes of Leadership 4.0 are Authenticity, Connectivity, Productivity and Possibility and the main objective of Leadership 4.0 is to focus on leaders of tomorrow. The program aims to enhance the people capabilities, how to create a highly productive day in our life by managing patterns of interference, learn the art and practice of meditation for attaining greater objectivity in life and decision making.
The participants enjoyed the interactive question and answer sessions with Prof. Debashis Chatterjee and raised many queries about the challenges of leadership. The session provided useful insights into the diverse perspectives and realities about the need to developing high potential leaders who can navigate and create value in the changing world.
