40kgs of Plastic kills a young whale

Whales are one the largest species on Earth and they rule the sea like royalties. As of late we have heard news coming from different part of the world that whales, dolphins and other aquatic lives have perished due to plastic pollution in the waters.

Now, according sources, once again such an unfortunate incident has occurred. In Philippines, a young whale was found dead. It was identified as a Curvier Beaked Whale by the members of  D’ Bone Collector Museum.

It is a NGO in Davao City, Philippines that aims to retrieve and preserve dead animals and animals that would be destroyed and never seen by the general public. When the members performed autopsy, they found that the animal died due to gastric shock after ingesting all the plastic.

They retrieved 40 kilos of plastic bags, including 16 rice sacks, 4 banana plantation style bags and multiple shopping bags in the whale’s stomach. We think that the ocean and the open land to be our junkyard. What will happen if nature starts to treat us like junks?
