The ECE Department of Dr.NGP IT organized a short term training program for teachers during Dec 1 – Dec 7, 2020.
The program was inaugurated by Ponmudiraj, Adviser (Academic), NAAC, and he delivered the inaugural address. It featured 13 sessions that focused on inculcating value (empowering the moral values, ethics and behavioral attitude in teaching skills among teachers) to equip the students to lead a life that is truly rewarding and satisfying.
The college conveyed that this program helps the faculty members to identify the behavioral terms and appropriate learning situations for creating value education among students.
The keynote speakers for the program were invited from various reputed and renowned academic institutions / Industrial organizations in India including BITS Pilani, Hyderabad, Shiv Nadar University-UP, HCL Technologies Ltd, Chennai, Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College, TNAU and KCT-Coimbatore.
170 participants from various Engineering colleges from India and also from other nation took part.
