TNAU hands over provisional seat allotment letter to UG freshers

Certificate verification for the UG candidates seeking admission under the General Quota in Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) for the forthcoming academic year began on Monday.

The varsity’s Vice-Chancellor Prof. N. Kumar handed over the provisional seat allotment letter to the following top ranked candidates on the same day.  The varsity’s the Dean and Chairman of Admissions Kalyanasundaram said that the Phase- I of the verification will continue for 6 days till 12.12.2020.

The university informed that about 600 candidates will be called each day to verify their certificates and during this process the standard operating procedure and guidelines issued by the Government of Tamil Nadu for COVID-19 will be followed and the provisional seat allotment letter will be issued accordingly.

Earlier, 1392 candidates were called for Diploma Counselling and out of them 746 candidates got seats in Constituent and affiliated colleges of TNAU.
