Coimbatorian attempts Guinness record for ‘Most Narrators on an Audiobook’

63 year old Coimbatorean Subramonian made a Guinness record setting attempt of ‘Most Narrators in an Audiobook’ on Wednesday in Covai. The book chosen for this attempt was ‘Daniel Radcliffe’, the book with the longest title (28,167 characters & 5,532 words in the front cover) in the world that is also written by Subramonian.

The attempt event took place at Ibis City Center near Lakshmi Mills Junction. The Chief Guest for the event was P.Mohanan, Cine Cameraman. Present also on the occasion was Rajesh Devadas, Director, Pustaka Digital Media, Banglore.

A Press Release said that this is a Guinness World Record Attempt officially approved by Guinness World Records under the category ‘Most Narrators in an Audiobook’. The book is narrated by 31 professional voice over artists National and International. The release further said that the earlier record for most narrators of an Audiobook was 20 which has been surpassed now.
