FPTAI organises 62nd AGM

The Federation of Paper Traders Association of India (FPTAI) successfully concluded its 62nd Annual General Meeting and Conference on 28.12.2023 in Delhi. The event brought together key stakeholders, industry leaders, and members of the paper trading community to deliberate on the challenges and opportunities shaping the paper industry.

During the Annual General Meeting, the FPTAI discussed strategic initiatives, highlighted key achievements, and outlined plans for the future. The association reaffirmed its commitment to promoting sustainable practices, fostering collaboration among members, and addressing pertinent issues impacting the paper trading sector.


In addition, the event saw the induction of the new President Dalip Bindal who will take over the reins from Aseem Bordia. It witnessed enthusiastic participation from traders across the country who made the event a grand success.

Founded in 1953, the FPTAI acts as a bridge between the government and traders to ensure that their voices and concerns are heard at all times. It aims to promote paper as a sustainable source for all forms of communication, branding, advertising, packaging, hygiene, and keeping records. The organization also conductance trade delegations with countries like Germany, Thailand, Indonesia, South Korea, Vietnam, Japan, and China. The Association works tirelessly towards safeguarding the rights of the traders, and their interests and for the overall betterment of the relationship of all parties involved.
