An Air India plane carrying 179 passengers struck a building at Stockholm airport at 16:45 local time. The cause of the accident wasn’t known immediately but no injuries were reported from the site. Images showed lots of police cars and fire engines parked in front of the plane.
The incident happened near Terminal 5 where international flights come and go. Passengers were able to disembark safely using mobile staircase to enter the terminal. The wingtip of the plane struck the building as it taxied to gate.
