Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts and Science for Women, Coimbatore, in collaboration with Quest International University, Perak, Malaysia, organized an International Conference on the theme ‘Navigating the Fintech Frontiers: Enriching Customer Experience’ on October 07, 2023.
Tanaraj Krishna, Senior Lecturer and Head of the School of Accounting and Finance at Quest International University, Perak, Malaysia, emphasized, “The meteoric growth of financial technology in the world should result in promising positive social impact and inclusion” during his inaugural keynote address. Divya Kanakaraj, Assistant Manager in QA at Discount Tire, Arizona, USA, and Sadhana Vaidyanathan, Manager of Retail Credit at HDFC Bank Limited, Chennai, delivered their plenary talks at the conference.
Approximately 120 research papers on the conference theme were presented by academicians, research scholars, and students from India and abroad in both online and offline modes. The valedictory meeting recognized and rewarded the best papers. Chitra, the Principal of the institution, presided over the event, explaining the quintessence of the conference.
