CSR Nursing Home, founded by Dr Ragoothaman in 1993, celebrated 30 years of providing quality healthcare in Coimbatore. The hospital has grown from a 10-bedded small clinic to a 75-bed multi-speciality centre, offering advanced facilities.
Dr Ragoothaman, the Founder of CSR Groups, expressed his pride in the hospital’s achievements by saying, “We started with a small clinic at Anthiyur way back in 1960s. The growth the hospital has attained gives us an extra boost of confidence from the public that our work is being recognised and has helped the vast majority of the society”.
Dr CSR Kumar, the Chairman of CSR Nursing Home, commended the doctors, visiting consultants, staff, and patrons of CSR Groups for their tireless dedication over the past 30 years.
Dr Rajini Kumar, the Medical Director of CSR Groups, highlighted the features available in the centre such as a 16-bed ICU, 2 Operation Theatres, a Cardiac and Vascular Cath lab, a 6-bed Emergency Unit, and a 64-slice CT scan. He attributed their success to their philosophy of delivering the best quality care at any time of the day, ensuring affordability for all.
Looking ahead, the team at CSR Nursing Home has unveiled their ambitious dream of expanding to a 250-bed multi-speciality centre. They aim to establish a chain of Sun Speciality Centres in the peripheries, providing better access to quality healthcare for the public.
