Adithya School of Business Management (ASBM) in Coimbatore organized a unique and enriching experiential learning day titled “A Day in the Life of the HR” at Personiv, an e-Clerx Company. Sudha Muthusamy, Associate Programme Manager, Human Resources at Personiv, served as the special coach, mentoring a group of MBA students from ASBM.
The objective of the program was to provide students with firsthand experience of the HR profession, including its daily work plan and strategic partnership role. Throughout the session, the students actively engaged in discussions and explored the various responsibilities and functions of HR professionals.
Sudha shared her valuable insights and experiences with the aspiring HR professionals from ASBM. She expressed her commitment to assisting them in achieving their career goals.
