Adithya School of Business Management (ASBM) in Coimbatore recently organized an immersive learning experience titled “A Day in the Life of HR” for its MBA students. The program aimed to provide hands-on exposure to the field of Human Resources (HR) by allowing students to experience real-life HR scenarios.
Under the guidance of Antoine Baskar, Deputy GM – Plant HR Head at Kirloskar Brothers Limited, the students delved into the daily work routines and strategic roles of HR professionals in a manufacturing environment. They explored various aspects of HR, including its function as a strategic partner.
Additionally, the students visited HDB Financial Services Limited, where they gained insights into HR practices specific to the finance sector. Gayathri, HR Manager at HDB Financial Services Limited, mentored the students during their visit.
