TNAU Conducts Training on Value Addition of Noni, Tomato and Papaya

Two days trof aining on “Value addition of Noni, Tomato and Papaya” will be organized at Centre for Post Harvest Technology, Agricultural Engineering College and Research, Institute, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) on 10.05.2023 and 11.05.2023 from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.

Processing of Noni into Plain Noni Juice, Jam, Squash, Pickle, and Tomato into Sauce, Ketchup, Puree, Paste, Dehydrated tomato, Pickle and Papaya into Squash, Jam, Tuti fruity will be covered under this training programme.

Interested persons are requested to pay Rs.1,770/-  in person on the first day of training.
