Rajalakshmi Subramanian, Director, Career Tree HR Solutions has been appointed as Chairwoman of CII – IWN Tamil Nadu for the year 2023-24.
She is the current Regional Vice President of South, a National Council Member and was the Past Vice Chairman of the ISTD Chennai Chapter. She is also actively participating in NIPM, NHRD and other HR Forums, contributing more to the progress of the Forum.
Kirthika Shivkumar, Executive Director, The Indian Public School has been appointed as Vice Chairwoman of CII – IWN Tamil Nadu for the year 2023-24.
She is the Managing Director of Arram Charity Trust. And also the Executive Director of CK Medical Center Hospital. Previously, she has been the IWN Convenor for Erode chapter for the year 2021-22.
