Rotary club of Coimbatore IKONS inaugurated a Dining Hall at Avvainagar Panchayat Union Primary School, Malumachampatti, on Thursday with the presence of Rtn Venkataramana, Rtn Vathsala Ramkutty, Rtn Shanthi and other officials of Rotary club. The Chief Guest for this event was Rtn Rajmohan Nair, District Governor, RI Dist 3201.
Last year they donated Kitchen Block for the cost of 6 lakhs and today, they’ve donated Dining Hall for about 2.5 lakhs and also various things that the school required. The shoes were distributed to the children by Rtn Vathsala and Rtn Ramkutty.
Rtn Venkataramana said,” The whole idea is we sponsor needy schools and encourage the teachers and Head Mistress to do a great job so that the children will be successful in the future”
