A competitive examination coaching centre run by Government of Tamil Nadu is to be inaugurated at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University Campus, Coimbatore on 07.03.2023, by 10.45 am. The coaching centre offers coaching for TNPSC, SSC, IBPS, RRB, etc, at free of cost. The needy students in and around Coimbatore District will get benefitted.
Irai Anbu, IAS, Chief Secretary and the Managing Director of Training, Tamil Nadu will be inaugurating the Coaching Centre through online mode at TNAU in presence of Geethalakshmi, Vice Chancellor, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore.
The application for the Competitive Examination Coaching Centre for the ensuing season will be notified in the TNAU website and the aspiring students can apply online. The class will be conducted between 5.00 pm and 8.00 pm for six months for 200 students in a batch and twice a year. The interested students willing to apply for the coaching should have passed the 10th standard and attained the age of 18 as on 01.01.2023. The Coaching Centre will not provide food and accommodation.
The selection of the students will be based on the marks scored in 10th standard. Selection and allotment of students in the Coaching Centre will be based on the communal rotation adopted by the Government of Tamil Nadu. The selected list of students will be displayed in the TNAU website.
