53 students of the Eco Club and Physics Department from Dr. N.G.P Arts and Science College, Coimbatore have trained the people of Nellithurai about Energy saving and Power Consumption.
This activity created awareness among the Public on utilizing solar energy, saving renewable energy resources, saving water resources, and Plastic free environment, thereby leading to sustainable living. The students collected the plastic waste from the residents of Nellithurai and handed them over to the Panchayat Office and they were appreciated and certified by Nellithurai Panchayat Union.
