With the instant increase in the covid-19 cases across the globe, Government resources recently informed that a second booster dose is not required. It stated that its primary focus is carrying a complete booster drive across the country.
According to the data presented by the Union Health Ministry, the reported active cases are 2,582, with about 134 new cases in India.
The data also stated that the government administered a total of 220.11 crore vaccine doses in the country, which includes 95.13 crore second doses and 22.41 crore precaution doses.
