The Department of Electrical and Electronics of Dr.N.G.P. Institute of Technology (Dr.N.G.P. iTech) and Windplus Private Limited agreed to build an Industry–Institute Interface by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
Dr. Thavamani D. Palaniswami, Secretary – Dr.N.G.P. iTech and Dr. N. Karunamoorthy, Managing Director, Windplus Private Limited, signed the MoU in the presence of Dr. S. U. Prabha – Principal, Dr. S. Jaganathan, Head – EEE, Dr. N. Nalini, Executive Advisor, Windplus Private Limited and faculty members and students of Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
The MoU focused on providing knowledge sharing in terms of Curriculum Design, R&D activities, Skill Development programs, Guest Lecture and Faculty Development Programs, Industrial Training and Visits, Internship and Placement in the wind and other Renewable Energy Technologies.
