Adithya School of Business Management Coimbatore organized a C-Suite Executive Skills Workshop. Dr N Sundarapandiyan, Professor and Director facilitated and conducted the hands-on workshop supported by faculty members AP Raghuvaran, R Lakshmikanth and S Krishnaveni. This workshop aimed to establish C-Suite skills and executive skills, such as decision-making, Big Picture thinking, impartiality, Strategic forecasting, Information management and analytics, Business negotiations, adaptability and cultural awareness creation, group dynamics and change management.
