National Model Senior Secondary School hosted a 2-Day CBSE Regional Science Exhibition organized by CBSE. Dr. Kannan Jegathala Krishnan, Principal Scientist, Theoretical Physicist & Cosmologist, Former Director (Academic &Research) Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Group of Institutions, Perambalur, presided over the inaugural ceremony along with Dr. P. Mohan Chandar, Correspondent, National Model Schools, Uma Mohan Chandar, Secretary and Geetha, Principal.
Various schools from Coimbatore city and across Tamil Nadu participated in the exhibition under the main theme ‘Technology and Toys’. A total of 35 registrations were received, out of which 29 schools presented their participation under seven sub-categories Advancement in Information Communication Technology, Eco-Friendly Material, Health and Cleanliness Transport and Innovation, Environmental Concerns, and Historical Development with Current Innovation Mathematics Around Us.
