Recently, Jaidev Jayavarthanavelu, Director of LMW handed over Composites Structural Assembly to Dr. BHVS Narayana Murthy, Distinguished Scientist, Director General -MSS & NSM. During the event, it was reiterated by LMW Director for the commitment to the delivery of the hardware with high quality to the DRDO. DG MSS, DRDO & Director ASL complemented the LMW ATC & DRDO team for the continuous efforts put by them for the realization of Composites structural assembly.
Dr. MRM Babu, Distinguished Scientist & Director ASL, R Sheena Rani, Programme Director, Dr. N. Kishore Nath, Project Director along with officials of DRDO ASL & LMW team were part of the event.
LMW – Advanced Technology Centre (ATC), Coimbatore is a one-stop solution for the Aerospace & Defence customer. In terms of infrastructure and capability, ATC has world-class facilities which include Quality Assurance aligning to AS9100 D certification and NADCAP for special processes viz Composites Process, Chemical Process, NDT, Welding and Heat treatment totalling more than 25 special processes.
