Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Department of Food Process Engineering, Agricultural Engineering College and Research Institute, Coimbatore commemorated “World Food Day” with the theme ‘Sustainable Growth of Food Processing Sector for Food and Nutritional Security’.
In this regard, Dr. R. Thamizh Vendan, Registrar, TNAU inaugurated an International Workshop – Foodxplore’22. Dr. Sanu Jacob, Director, FSSAI (Southern Region), Chennai graced the occasion and delivered the keynote address on the role of FSSAI in food security.

Balakrishnan, Professor and Head, Food Process Engineering, Dr. A Raviraj, Dean, Agricultural Engineering and Dr. R.
