Recently, the students of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, School of Engineering, Avinashilingam Institute for Home Science and Higher Education for Women won the National Level Smart India Hackathon 2022 (Software Edition) under the theme of Transportation and Logistics with the cash prize of Rs.1,00,000/- (One Lakh) held at JK Lakshmipat University, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
The students have developed a “TRANSPORTATION CARD” which replaces the ticket fare with a rechargeable card to make contactless travelling in a pandemic. The additional S-Bus application enhances the safety and security of the passengers.
