TNAU’s 2-day workshop on Data Analysis

Recently, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) organized a two-day workshop on titling “Data Analysis in agricultural extension research”. Ensuring to enlighten students with expanding perspectives of the research methodology and various software adaption. As many as 70 student scholars from the constituent colleges, including the dignitaries, Geethalakshmi, Vice–Chancellor,  Sureshkumar, Director, (CARDS), Karthikeyan, Professor and head, Department of Agricultural Extension and Rural Sociology, Lakshmanan, Dean Post Graduate Studies, and other faculty members participated.

While inaugurating the event, Vice–Chancellor, Geethalakshmi intrigued the students to urge a better knowledge enhancement in terms of research and the accuracy to resolve issues in the variegated domains.

Subsequently, Lakshmanan, Dean Post Graduate Studies, TNAU in his felicitation exhorted the student scholars to bring high-impact factor papers to research publications and insisted on the values added to the piece of work. In addition, emphasized the need for them to acquire hands-on experience in research tools and techniques for the best outcomes.
