Coimbatore conducts Round 2 of the FMSCI INRC 2022

Coimbatore Auto Sports club officially announced the commencing of Round 2 of Blue Band FMSCI Indian National Rally Championship 2022 (INRC) for 4-wheelers between 29- 31 July. Coimbatore City Police Commissioner, Balakrishnan IPS to initiate the ceremonial flag-off at Jenny’s Residency on 29 July.

As many as 54 cars and 8 team entries in various INRC categories from across India will participate in this round. INRC, INRC2, INRC3, INRC4 and junior INRC are the five main categories of the championship excluding the Gypsy Challenge Cup.

Accordingly, On Saturday Stages 1 and 2 would be held at L&T Bypass Road near G-Square City, and on Sunday at Kethanur windmill farms. A total prize amount of Rs. 6 lakhs to be distributed during the Podium Ceremony at the Service Park located at Vinayaga Mahal Kalayana Mandapam, Palladam Road, Kethanur at 3.30 p.m.

Allocation of Special Spectator points for the public to view the rally will be facilitated and their entries are open to the public.

According to reports, with the successful completion of the first round of INRC in Chennai, the other following rounds are scheduled to be held in Bangalore and Nagaland in the later year.
